Here are a few questions to help frame your report.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Usually, &nbsp;a report should not exceed two pages. For summer grants, add an additional page for your expense report. Remember, &nbsp;you can add &nbsp;electronic artifacts&nbsp;and these do&nbsp;not count in the two pages.<\/p>\n<p><strong>1. Project Title and Grantee(s)<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>2. Goals and progress to achieving your goals:<\/strong>&nbsp;Describe the extent to which each goal was met, achieved or not; evidence to support progress to the goal or the level of attainment\/achievement of the goal; include artifacts.<\/p>\n<p><strong>3. &nbsp;Changes:<\/strong>&nbsp; What, if any, changes did you make to the proposed work? How did these changes&nbsp;alter the&nbsp;outcome and impact of your work? What surprised you? (<em>i.e.<\/em>, what did you <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">not<\/span> anticipate as part of your proposed work?)<\/p>\n<p><strong>4. &nbsp;Impact:<\/strong> Provide evidence of impact of the work on the following. Provide supporting artifacts as evidence on<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>higher education (discipline, field of study, interdisciplinary, cross-disciplinary, trans-disciplinary area)<\/li>\n<li>the institution (alignment to Stetson&#8217;s <a href=\"http:\/\/www.stetson.edu\/other\/about\/mission-and-values.php\">mission, values<\/a>, and <a href=\"http:\/\/www.stetson.edu\/other\/strategic-planning\/\">strategic goals<\/a>)<\/li>\n<li>the department\/college or school<\/li>\n<li>students (teaching and learning, skill development, etc.)<\/li>\n<li>your own professional development as a <a href=\"http:\/\/www.stetson.edu\/administration\/provost\/stetson-teacher-scholar.php\">Stetson Teacher-Schola<\/a>r<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>5. &nbsp;Student Engagement:<\/strong> If applicable, how did you engage students?<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>indicate the number of students involved<\/li>\n<li>describe the primary learning goal and their inquiry engagement<\/li>\n<li>describe the impact of this project on increasing the student\u2019s(\u2019) ability to (choose one, more or other)\n<ul>\n<li><em>think critically<\/em> (explore of issues, ideas, artifacts, and events before accepting or formulating an opinion or conclusion);<\/li>\n<li><em>solve a problem<\/em> (process of designing, evaluating and implementing a strategy to answer an open-ended question or achieve a desired goal);<\/li>\n<li><em>integrate learning<\/em> (make simple connections among ideas and experiences to synthesizing and transferring learning to new, complex situations within and beyond the campus); and\/or<\/li>\n<li>other desired skill, ability, disposition<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>6. &nbsp;Sustaining your project:<\/strong> What is your plan for sustainability? Describe how you plan to sustain the project. For example:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>create\/strengthen internal\/external professional partnerships and networks\/collaborations<\/li>\n<li>develop skills sets of others to advance this work<\/li>\n<li>integrate new knowledge in course work, course design or re-design<\/li>\n<li>develop new initiatives or strengthening existing initiatives.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>7. &nbsp;External Support:<\/strong> What is your plan for &nbsp;seeking extramural funding?
