After months of headlines depicting sexual harassment and sexual violence in virtually every\u00a0 industry; seeing individuals of every gender, race, age, faith, socioeconomic level, and geographic location type #MeToo and find the courage to speak up, many are asking, \u201cnow what?\u201d\u00a0 More importantly, what about the community we live in, the culture of our workplace, and the climate of our classrooms? How does this apply to each of us? What is our responsibility?<\/p>\n
