One key to getting things done well is professionalism. More than just a way of describing someone (i.e. professional vs. unprofessional), professionalism is a practice that we can all engage in. Professionalism as a practice may be the secret to better organizations, better outcomes, and more satisfying work experiences. Additionally, professionalism can make it easier to market yourself both inside and outside your organization.
