The Office of Faculty Engagement recognizes the 2020 Stetson Showcase, held under extraordinary circumstances during the COVID-19 pandemic.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Originally planned as a campus-wide celebration of undergraduate research, scholarship, innovation, and creativity, Showcase 2020 was set to feature nearly 250 student presentations representing every school and college at Stetson University. Although the in-person event could not take place, the commitment of Stetson’s students and faculty ensured that undergraduate research and creative work continued to be celebrated through virtual presentations and online exhibitions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The 2020 theme, “Vision,”<\/strong> reflected Stetson’s commitment to engaged learning, creativity, interdisciplinary exploration, and undergraduate research. Artwork created by students Reeva Licht<\/strong> and Cameron Gerstenslager<\/strong> was selected to represent the theme, capturing the optimism and breadth of opportunities available through a Stetson education.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Despite the challenges of the year, Showcase 2020 demonstrated the resilience of the Stetson community and reinforced the university’s dedication to undergraduate scholarship.
