The dashboard illuminated\u00a0several \u00a0strategic findings:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The international undergraduate student population increased by nearly 20 percent over the past two years (169 students in Fall 2014 to 208 in Fall 2016).<\/li>\n<li>International students enrolled from 56 countries and five continents.<\/li>\n<li>The international student academic profile has remained steady for the past three academic years. International students enroll about evenly in the College of Arts and Science and the School of Business Administration.<\/li>\n<li>Fall 2016 average cumulative GPA for international students was 3.34 compared to 3.09 for domestic students.<\/li>\n<li>International students demonstrate strong Fall to Fall retention; the Fall 2015 cohort retained at 88% compared to 78% for domestic students.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-75\" src=\"https:\/\/blog.stetson.edu\/world\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/09\/image-5.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"3099\" height=\"1427\" srcset=\"https:\/\/blog.stetson.edu\/world\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/09\/image-5.jpg 3099w, https:\/\/blog.stetson.edu\/world\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/09\/image-5-300x138.jpg 300w, https:\/\/blog.stetson.edu\/world\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/09\/image-5-768x354.jpg 768w, https:\/\/blog.stetson.edu\/world\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/09\/image-5-1024x472.jpg 1024w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 767px) 89vw, (max-width: 1000px) 54vw, (max-width: 1071px) 543px, 580px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>The dashboard was unveiled at the <a href=\"https:\/\/blog.stetson.edu\/world\/international-parent-luncheon-a-success\/\">New International Parent Luncheon<\/a> on August 16, 2017. The project is spearheaded by <a href=\"mailto:rlewis1@stetson.edu\">Roxanne Lewis<\/a>, international student and scholar services coordinator at WORLD and \u00a0<a href=\"mailto:ahenders@stetson.edu\">Angela Henderson<\/a>, director of Institutional Research and Effectiveness.
