We all spend a lot of time planning and supporting our students’ success, but what about your own success? How much time do you spend looking at your own career plans, much less your life plans? What would you like to do next? What can you do to get there? And what might hold you back?  In this session, participants will examine:

  • Life balance: what does it look like and can we achieve it in this 24/7 always-connected world?
  • What’s next?  Where would you like to be a year from now and how can you start today?
  • How has resistance kept you from moving forward, particularly in areas you care about the most?
  • Learn a simple 4-step plan that will keep you moving forward even through retirement.
