Faculty Annual Review Workshop – 12/02/16

NOTE:  The 2016 FAR will be evaluated using the 2014 rubrics.  The revised rubrics will go into effect for the 2017 FAR.

On December 12, 2016 the Brown Center for Faculty Excellence and Innovation hosted a workshop for New and Early Career faculty on the Faculty Annual Review process.  A short pre-flection indicated that of the 30 respondents a few (5) had very little knowledge about the FAR but many more (14) were somewhat familiar with the process.  The majority were interested in seeing exemplar FARs (18) or hearing from seasoned faculty about the process (18).screen-shot-2016-12-09-at-10-48-06-am
