Faculty Accomplishments

Stetson University is committed to the teacher-scholar model where our faculty embraces roles as teachers, scholars, researchers, artists and practitioners. As an intellectual learning community, our faculty’s work creates the vibrancy and vitality of our campuses. The accomplishments highlighted below are the tip of the iceberg in the life of Stetson’s faculty members and a celebration of the promise we set forth in our mission to be a community where learning and values meet.

Stetson’s Teacher-Scholar model emphasizes the hyphen — the significant linkage between scholarship/creative inquiry as the foundation of teaching, our students mastery of competencies and new insights, and our responsibility to communities beyond our campuses.

Congratulations to our distinguished teacher-scholar faculty whose citizenry is recognized through tenure, promotion, performance, grantsmanship, publication, awards, community engagement, service to Stetson University, and more.

Faculty Review: The Faculty Review is an annual publication of the Stetson University duPont-Ball Library. The Review is published each August and covers the previous calendar year. The Review lists books, chapters, articles, and performances by the Stetson University faculty.
